The Senior cricket teams at Great Ayton are a thriving hub of cricket enthusiasts, with us hosting 3 senior men’s teams (2 x Saturday teams and 1 x Sunday team) in the North Yorkshire South Durham ECB cricket league and 1 ladies’ team (primarily a Sunday team) again in the North Yorkshire South Durham ECB cricket league.
We are proud as a small village to be playing in the Premier League of the North Yorkshire South Durham ECB cricket league having enjoyed huge success over the last 20 years. The pinnacle of this success being our run to the National Finals Day of the ECB National T20 competition in 2014 featured live on Sky Sports.
